Dear Recruiting Manager

I am looking for the position of Sr. Engineer Planning and optimization.

Presently, I am working with Reliance communications ltd. As a Deputy manager RF planning optimization and have extensive experience in GSM and CDMA technologies which includes, cell sites planning, KPI’s analysis and fine tuning, Performance monitoring, Drive Testing and processing the data. I have more than 3 years of experience in telecommunication industries which include Planning of new towns, releasing search ring for new capacity/coverage sites, and analysis of daily switch report to achieve the goal of quality of service.
In this role I am responsible to maintain the availability of RAN network in my area of concern to minimize the downtime at its minimum level, updating of neighbor list when required, analyzing the traffic ratio, maintain the KPI’s for a consistent QOS and Liaising with external bodies & authorities for requisite approvals & clearances.

I feel that my skills which I stated here would be an asset in this role.
