I wish to submit my resume for your perusal
I have extensive experience in cellular network construction, installation, maintenance, and commissioning gained through various previous employments as Project Manager, Construction Manager, & Implementation Manager on a number of 3G network rollouts. I am currently employed by NSN Managed Services working towards Vodafone Australia in a position of Field Maintenance Co-ordinator.
I have acquired expertise skills in performance management of Accredited Service Providers, third party contractors to ensure efficient and effective use of resources whilst obtaining project & business objectives.
I have strong interpersonal management skills and promote a healthy team environment and lead by example. I have been required on a number of occasions to build high performance technical teams to meet project requirements. This has involved staff selection, coaching and development along with performance reviews. I constantly conducted team performance reviews to ensure quality, effectiveness, and efficiency against company goals, aims and objectives.
I am results driven, as such was called upon by Ericsson Australia to perform quality audits in Taiwan on a newly constructed 3G mobile phone network. Dealing with a difficult customer, within a Chinese culture I was able to communicate quality deficiencies and associated risks to management at all levels, provide recommendations & technical support for corrective actions.
I have extensive practical installation, construction, and maintenance experience gained whilst working in various technical positions. This experience has enabled me to develop and deliver training programs designed around quality installation processes and procedures. However, more importantly it has enabled me to work with National Implementation groups, customers & contractor, to set best industry standards and practises and to development processes to ensure compliance with such standards
I have a high regard for OH&S, hence ensure all employees compliance with company OH&S policies and OH&S Standard AS/NZS 4801. I have conducted audits to ensure compliance with such standards.
