Good day!

I'm Jorge Telosa Jr., currently seeking opportunities that might give me an edge with regards to telecommunication career, is hoping that you could consider my application.

My current work is with Huawei Technologies Philippines, Inc. as a RAN engineer. I'm resposible for (1) network monitoring, (2) supporting customers' NOC engineers regarding 3G, (3) supporting FO engineers regarding Node B commissioning, integration and troubleshooting, (4) RNC maintenance and upgrade, (5) providing trainings regarding 3G, RNC and Node B, and radio network optimization.

I've also worked for ETSI Technologies, Inc. which is a service company of Nokia-Siemens Networks here in the Philippines. During that time, I'm under optimization department. I've handled RNC database, neighboring optimization, parameter optimization, and provided support for NOC engineers with regards to rehoming and Node B integration. I'm also responsible in troubleshooting network problems through KPI analysis. I've undergone various trainings regarding radio network planning and optimization.

I'm hoping that my skills and experiences could be used for the benefit of the company if I will be given a chance to work with you. Thanks a lot and I'm looking forward to hear from you soon.
