Looking forward advancing in my career I declare my interest in a new challenging position.
I firmly believe that I will be better positioned to demonstrate and put to good use my professional and personal abilities gained in 8 years working in the RAN Support Group, part of the Network Engineering Group from total of 11 years worked in telecomm. I would also be able to put to better use my O&M knowledge and all the experience achieved in civil works and various other RAN project assignments rolled out since 1995 to date.
This new position will allow me to optimize overall performance, adding value to the business.
My strong computer knowledge and experience is a helping hand to achieve good results and to track all the tasks and activities. This has been already proven several times, to mention only the halving the operational time by introducing VBA scripts, or implementing relational databases to support issuing Work Orders and other Cellular, RAN and transmissions processes.
The valuable experience gained during the rollout of projects like “3G RAN Swap from Alcatel-Lucent to Huawei”, “3G Roll-out in Orange Romania”, “HSPA introduction and deployment” “EDGE National Wide” or the “RAN Motorola swap” in Transylvania, alongside other smaller projects, shows that I am a good people and resources manager. These projects also allowed me to prove my leadership capabilities, to managing various teams of individuals with different background and types, focusing together towards a common target, proving thus my outstanding ability to successfully deliver an end to end project.
