-Senior O&M Engineer. Responsible for Operation, Alarm handling, fault diagnosis, fault correction, System Commissioning and Upgrade for various equipments such as Motorola BSS, Alcatel BSS and Stratex Microwave in following.
Alcatel BSS.
•Perform advanced operation and maintenance; troubleshooting networks faults and Corrective Action for Alcatel BSS System B9 by using Alcatel OMC-R and Equipment Terminal.
•Perform commissioning and integration of Alcatel G2 and MX BSC.
•Perform operation of Alcatel MFS (Alcatel’s PCU).
•Perform commissioning, upgrading and expansion of Alcatel Transcoder (TC).
•Perform New ater connection for BSC.
•Perform commissioning and integration of the Alcatel MBI BTS, MBO BTS and Micro BTS.
•Perform BTS capacity upgrade, TRX Upgrade, of the Alcatel MBI BTS, MBO BTS and Micro BTS.

•Definitions and Modifications in BSS database by MMI command for BSC, BTS, Ater, Abis, TRX, Cell and etc.
•Perform BSS parameters modification by MMI command.
•Perform advanced BSC operation by use the emon mode.
•Perform the BSC commissioning and BSC equipment expansion.
•Perform New ater connection for BSC.
•Perform the operation, commissioning and integration of MOTOROLA GPRS (PCU).
•Perform Horizon and Horizon II macro BTS commissioning and integration to BSC.

Transmission Operation.
•Perform Activities for MW Equipment Operation & Maintenance,

BSS equipment swap out from Motorola BSS to Alcatel BSS in True Move North Region.
•Progress supervision of TC and BSC Equipment installation and commissioning done by vendor.
•Coordinated the activities of new BTS installation and integration to new BSC done by vendor.
•Perform commissioning and configuration new Alcatel Transcoder.
•Perform BSS troubleshooting during cut over process.
•Performance monitoring of network after cutover.

Network optimization activities.
•Analyze performance and problem rectification of transmission path that carries Ater and Abis.
•Find out the quality and physical connection of equipments in antenna network.
•Analyze quality of BTS equipment such as TRX, combiner and etc that can drop radio performance index.
•Analyze BSC and Transcoder elements to find out some defects that cause low radio performance index.
•Done TRX upgrade on site to reduce call congestion.
•Abis and Ater/A interface Expansion to reduce call congestion.
•Drive test to check call attempt, call drop and handover performance.
•TRX Power output measurement.

Network implementation and rollout activities.
•BSS Equipment acceptance test BSC, BTS, Transcoder and etc.
•Radio Network acceptance test such as feeder, antenna, antenna mounting and TMA.
•Microwave equipment and Antenna acceptance test.

Supervision Function.
•Perform fault management supervision activities done by engineers.
•Supervision O&M activities done by teams to maintain high customer satisfaction level.

-Assistance manager at Operation & Maintenance Center of CDMA2000 BSS and Transmission Network in Bangkok, Capital of Thailand, as in details.
•Responsible for Supervision and follow up CDMA2000 BTS Sites and Transmission nodes project implementation done by Suppliers to implement schedule as on implement plan.
•Supervision and Handle Regular O&M of Motorola CDMA2000 BSS System and Stratex microwave system by assign specific O&M tasks for each kind of equipment and O&M schedule to engineers.
•Supervision O&M activities done by teams to maintain high customer satisfaction level.

- Ericsson AXE Switch Tester for Ericsson GmbH, Düsseldorf, Germany as Ericsson AXE Switch Tester. My job responsible was for Implementation, Integration and Extension Test of Ericsson AXE Switches for German Operators.
•Perform Startup and Test New AXE Switches (MSC, BSC, HLR, SCP and PSTN Switches) and IOG-20 Series for customers of Ericsson entire Germany.
•Perform AXE Elements Extension and Test such as New Cabinet Extension, Group Switch Extension, RP-Bus Extension, New RP, New EM, signaling terminal extension and etc for customers of Ericsson.
•Perform Signaling Connection, Configuration and Integration of CCITT#7(ISUP) signaling between AXE-10 and others type of Switch node.
•Perform E1- Connection between AXE-10 and others type of Switch node.
•Analyzed and Corrected faults in CP, RP, EM, Group Switch, IOG-20 Series and etc.
