I�m very much interested to work in your company in a position suitable according to my present skills and I would also like to pursue my career in network planning adn optimization, and BSC operations.

I have been working as an RF Drivetest Engineer at GTL Limited, Dhaka, in different projects for local mobile operators in Dual & Multi Band Networks. So far, I have been responsible for the followings:

� Drive test of the newly On Air Sites
� Field Optimization During Drive Testing
� Swap verification test
� Various MO/MT functionalities test
� KPI Benchmarking
� Report Generation and Presentation in various formats using MapInfo
� Log file analysis

Furthermore, I was responsible to train up the local DT Engineers and I provide ad hoc technical problem�s solution to DT teams. In addition, I did RF Survey, and Line Of Site (LOS) Survey.
