Details (Technical):
Testing and Trouble shooting:
Testing involves Timing and Synchronization, Jitter, , Extinction Ratio, Eye mask measurements, central wave length & Spectral Characteristics, raise time, fall time, Receiver Characteristics, including receiver sensitivity, overload Testing. Reduced / Complete production testing to ensure the product complies to telecom standards. Work with R&D team to convert testers, create new test plans, reduce test timing, improve the efficiency of the test parameters.

Failure Analysis & Reliability Assurance:
Failure Analysis of Packaged/COB IC, PIN diodes, Laser, LED, Electronics &communication circuits. FA of electronic circuitry of the product, root cause analysis, yields improvement, containment & corrective actions. Manage testers (module & setup), test plans, correlation. Maintain the product quality, reliability. Qualify new piece parts to reduce cost and maintain the quality. Hand-on with X-ray machines, SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy), Optical Microscopes, Precision Reflectometer Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer, micro soldering, characterization, reliability stressing, and analysis. MTBF, FITS, MTTF calculations etc. Cost reduction projects. Analyze the root cause of the returned parts, application support to customers. Write failure reports to customer.
