** Reviewing of Servicing Schedules and Maintenance practices to enhance the maintainability and upkeep various support systems.
** Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M Expenditures and work within the budget.

Technical Support/ Client Servicing
** Providing high-value added support to customers & channel partners with respect changes in CDMA network, handling complaints related to RF planning & transmission engineering.
** Daily monitoring feed back from customers for significant measure to enhance customer satisfaction levels and service quality reviews.
** Analyzing reasons behind product failures/malfunction and directing subordinates to rectify the defects.

** Pivotal in successfully conducting RF survey & site finalization for 222 CDMA BTS sites for MTNL, Mumbai
** Distinction of handling deployment of 400k lines CDMA2000 1X system (Huwawei make) for Garuda Mobile, MTNL Mumbai
** Performed routine BSS Operation & Maintenance tasks, BSS alarm analysis and assist in troubleshooting.

** Did the monitoring of BTS in BSC and troubleshooting the same prior to sending the data collection team for drive test.
