My overall 5yrs of work experience includes in UMTS/CDMA/GSM RF Design & optimization Engineering
(from conception of idea to Cellular network) with large, professionally managed organizations in Telecom sector.

Briefly my summary of profiles is as follows:
•Network dimensioning, Radio network Engineering, Capacity enhancement and System optimization. Cellular and wireless telecommunications technologies including GSM and CDMA.
•Supervisory knowledge of system design and implementation processes for CDMA/GSM/UMTS technology. Hands on, and supervisory experience - creating Link Budget, and site selection; Understanding of Cell Site Hardware and Network Architecture, Antenna selection.
•Proficient on System Optimization and Network Performance: Create Optimization Guidelines for the project. Develop processes for data collecting, work orders and reports to the client.
•Hands on and supervisory experience – Cluster and network optimization processes, meeting required KPI's; Troubleshooting interference and coverage issues; thorough understanding of hand-over algorithms; Experience in setting optimization parameters for optimum system performance; Understanding and implementation of Network features (i.e. AMR, DTX,); Experience in data collection and post processing; Experience in working with OMC's and reviewing network statistics;

•Expertise in Cellular radio technologies (1xrRTT, cdma2000, IS-95), capacity design, network element integration.

•Radio network design and systems engineering experience in cellular networks employing CDMAOne and CDMA2000 access standards.
•Able to perform modeling capacity planning for all RF protocols. Have good experience with Cell Plan.
•Deep understanding GSM and CDMA link budget, capacity prediction and analysis.
