Responsible of Nextel partners project year one to year three built out, connecting Omaha (Nebraska), DesMoines, and Cedar Rapids, Davenport trough major highways. The project started with defining coverage areas (based on subscriber demand estimates and market specific information), defining coverage objectives for in-building (IBP) and in-car (ICP) penetration utilizing “attractiveness” ranking (MapInfo layer files) categorized for Zip block and different variables, defining the iDEN Air Interface (i1000 portable).
