Project: Remote optimization of KDDI Network in Japan
· Processing Drive Data of Individual Clusters in Japan.
· Identifying the Problematic Areas.
· Suggestions to improve the quality of the Network in Japan.
· Optimization:- Physical and Parameter verification ,optimization of new sites, Drive test and log file analysis , Layer 3-messages study , Suggestion to change the Tilt ,height ,azimuth ,power etc . based on drive test analysis, Neighbor List optimization and plan for new sites
· Frequency Planning:- for new sites and for the hopping implementation in new towns ( 1x3 and 1x1),
Frequency plan revision for major towns on regular bases, capacity addition etc.
· Statistics Monitoring :-Regular sites stats monitoring for Pre and Post optimization ,customer complaints,
Change in hardware or software up gradation, poor quality of service of cells etc.
· Parameter base optimization: - after hopping implementation, drive test results, daily statistics monitoring, performance reports study etc.
· Plan for capacity enhancement or reduction base to change in traffic load.
· RF Data base and parameters planning for new sites.

Project: The project is Testing of mobile handset testing with respect to 3G networks (UMTS, GPRS,GSM)
·1 Executing test cases for field trail testing of Dual-band (GSM 900/1800) and tri band (GSM 900/1800) and 3G handsets. Conducting performance bench marking to competitor/reference phones.
·2 Real time analysis of the performance of mobile phone in a network using RTA (Real time analysis).
·3 Monitor the Mobiles capability in selecting the best cell, TX and RX power level during the normal call, handovers, and packet data transfer under various conditions.
·4 Suggesting the required changes for defects based on the results from the call performance Testing, Browser testing and GCF testing, also software Up-gradation using FOTA (file over the air) and normal process.
·5 Responsible for raising and managing the closure of bugs in the bug tracking system (DDTS), determining and assigning severity issues and priority order for fix implementation.
·6 Responsible for ensuring the quality of bug submissions and first line analysis, identification of similar or duplicate issues to assist the development team, and for finding and recording the steps to reproduce the bug .
·7 Drive testing for PTT handsets for different places in UK (Manchester, Newbury, London city) and providing optimization solution.

Project: The project is aimed at bug fixing, verification and validation of the ongoing release to the site of the CDMA Soft switch.

·2 Finalizing the BTS sites and search ring for optimum coverage
·3 Finalizing antenna orientations and tower height.
·4 Planning of cell sites with respect to Location.
·1 Conducting the drive tests as per the design requirements.
