· GSM RF Network Planning, which includes Coverage Planning & Frequency Planning & Interference Analysis.
· Handling optimization of new sites and handles problems like Call drop, interference, handover failure, handover reversion, antenna tilting, competitive Drive Test.

Major Contributions;
· Title: Handling the Project titled GSM Network (ZTE Telecom), Optimization and Planning for ZTE-Reliance Telecom, Madhya Pradesh.
Highlights:
Tools: Map Info, TEMS.
Scope: Founded in 1985, ZTE Corporation has been listed as an A-Share company on Shenzhen Stock Exchange since 1997. In December 2004, ZTE was successfully listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange in Hong Kong. ZTE recorded the contract sales of approximately USD 4,111 million (RMB 34 billion) in 2004.Global headquarters in Shenzhen China, and operations in more than 100 countries, ZTE is a leading global provider of fixed line and mobile telecommunications equipment and network solutions.
In India, ZTE is handling the GSM Network projects for Spice Telecom, Reliance Telecom and Aircel as well as CDMA projects for Reliance Infocomm, TATA Indicom.
Responsibility;
- Handling all the day-to-day technical issues with Reliance technical team.
- Daily KPIs monitoring of the network.
- Total analysis and rectification of all the KPIs in the circle, which includes of TCH drop, CSSR, Handover
analysis, TCH blocking etc.
- Optimisation recommendations to the Reliance to improve the KPIs.
- Recommendations of RF specifications of the site including type of antenna, tower height to meet the
coverage objectives.
- Preparing the database for the swap sites.
- Submit the pre swap drive tests reports to the Reliance for the approval.

June ’06 – Feb ‘07 ADA Cellworks Wireless Engineering (India) Pvt. Ltd R.F Engg.

· Title: Handling the Project titled GSM Network (Nokia), Optimization and Planning for Nokia-Bharti, Maharashtra.

Scope: ADA Cellworks was formed through the merger of three established wireless engineering companies: Aalishan Inc. a Virginia (USA) corporation, ergo Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian corporation and Advanced Cellular services Sdn.Bhd., a Malaysian corporation. ADA cellworks conducts more than90% of its business in Radio Network Planning and Optimization and has earned the trust of customers for its quality work, dedication, reliability, and delivery on large-scale network planning and optimization projects.
