• Monitoring of cell level statistics extracted from Metrica (MS Access) such as CSTR, DCR (UL/DL Quality and signal strength issues), and subscriber perceived TCH congestion, SD congestion, excessive timing advance, link imbalance etc.
• Classification of clusters and definition of drive routes, ensuring the route covers all test sites plus area of ISHO.
• Drive test analysis (2G/3G) for overall Call Drops, Call Setup Failures, ISHO and Missing Neighbors, administration of antenna and azimuth changes to ensure dominant pilot, RSCP coverage, reduction of interference, pilot pollution, overshooting cells and active set size using Layer 3 messaging (X-cal,X-cap, TEMS).
• 3G KPI Analysis (RRC Access, setup, Active Failures, RAB drops and Failures (conversational, streaming, interactive and background classes) using Metrica.
• Evaluate and adapt new methods and technologies regarding Radio Network Optimisation & tuning.
• Co-ordination with other departments of O2 to resolve performance issues

• Drive testing for HSDPA (ORANGE/NOKIA).Observation and analysis of CQI and handover between R99 and UMTS.
• Study of log files in NEMO and ACTIX for HSDPA
