I’ve been working in one of the biggest telecommunication companies, AVEA, as a quality assurance engineer.Since now, I want to work as a troubleshooting or R&D engineer in GSM, 3G, 4G area.I hope I would perform my best effort on the positions, because my first current ambition on my career is to be a GSM & UMTS expert. 1) Statistical Control, Analysing, Reporting:
Statistical Control , analysis and reporting of NSS KPIs (handover, LU, paging, processor load), NGN KPIs, Network & Route CS Traffic and PBN QoS Link & Service parameters, VoIP routes performance.

A general control and reporting of signaling links, utilization, traffic and fault cause codes.
2) Data Flow Management, KPI Designing & Browsing
The data flow for all counters which are stated in the periodical statistics control above, have been checked and managed within the database layers periodically in order to provide continuous data flow. (Automatical Shell scripting is used)
Converting the counter data into required formats, creating new KPIs from the existent counters and implementing new reports using query languages; so that all network departments are able to access these reports and make their work from a common interface.
