In this role I am responsible to maintain the availability of RAN network in my area of concern to minimize the downtime at its minimum level, updating of neighbor list when required, analyzing the traffic ratio, maintain the KPI’s for a consistent QOS and Liaising with external bodies & authorities for requisite approvals & clearances.
