Since October 2002 till July 2005, working with M/s. NOUR Telecommunication Co, - Saudi Arabia, as NOKIA project engineer in (MADINA, TAIF, TABUK, HAIL, ALULA AND HAQIL) regions.
My job responsibilities were as following:
• (Nokia BTS ultra site, Nokia BTS metro site and Nokia 3G node B) installation, commissioning and troubleshooting.
• (Nokia BSC 2i and Nokia BSC 3i) installation and E1’s termination.
• E1’s re-homing and re-balance.
• Excellent knowledge in indoor and outdoor installations as Nokia standard.
• Excellent knowledge in the quality issues for indoor and outdoor installation as Nokia standard
• (Nokia Flexi hopper, Nokia Metro hopper) installation, commissioning, alignment and troubleshooting.
• Circuit work order (C.W.O) connections and E1’s End to End Test.
• (Nokia distribution frame alarm box) installation, terminations and testing as Nokia standard.
• Distance to fault, VSWR and power meter testing for (900MHZ, 1800MHZ and 2100MHZ) systems.
• Drive test using T.E.M.S phone or net monitor software.
• External alarms simulation.
• Preliminary acceptance test (P.A.T) Process as STC standard.
• Outstanding items list (O.I.L) clearance.
• Handling civil project in Al Medina al Munawara area (shelter foundation, shelter erection, cable tray installation, antenna mounts installation and the electrical works).
• Antenna system controller installation (A.S.C).
• Remote electrical tilt unit installation (R.E.T.U).
• Antenna installation (single band, dual band and tri band).
• Feeder installation (1/2”.FSJ4, 7/8”, 15/8”).
• Power termination and testing.
• Line of sight survey (L.O.S).
• Preparing line of sight survey (L.O.S) reports.
• Site acquisition survey.
• 3G, 2G and Microwave labeling as Nokia standard.
• Preparing preliminary acceptance test folders.
• Handling the G.S.M and M.W Test equipments (GPS, Multimeter, Altimeter, Compass, RF loop, BSC Simulator, TEMS, BER Tester and the Site Master).
