I would like to introduce my self. My Name is Dita Andriata. I’m 23 years old now and have finished my formal education at Akademi Teknik Telekomunikasi Sandhy Putra (AKATEL SP) Purwokerto, where I obtained a Diploma III (D3) with GPA 3,30 (Scale 4) at Telecommunication Engineering.
Currently, I am still looking for the opportunity to broaden my knowledge and endeavor to improve it intensively. I have some experience included in my Curriculum Vitae (CV). For the description, I am strong motivated, hardworking and fast-learning person who is eager to look for any challenges. Last time I work in telecommunication sub-contractor (PT. Anugrah Cipta Telematika) as Test-Commissioning and Transmission Engineer for 2G NOKIA product in jakarta. And now I still work in telecommunication sub-contractor also (PT. Planet INT Indonesia "SK Telesys") as OMC,RF and BSS Engineer for GSM 2G, and CDMA HUAWEI product in west java, jakarta, medan, aceh and south sulawesi.

•Sweep test with VSWR measurement using GenComm SiteMaster (korea product)for Antennas and collect data for (VSWR (Voltage Standing Wave Ratio), DTF (Distance To Fault), Return Loss and Cable Loss) both 800MHz.
•Do the BTS Acceptance Test with customer (indosat)
•Check Installation of HUAWEI BTS for Ultrasite & Metrosite according to site binder.
•Check every connection cable, semirigit wiring, grounding system and labelling according to site binder and take picture for documentation.
As RF Survey Engineer and Document Andministration Reporting For Drive Test and Optimation Acceptance.

•Make daily performance , weekly performance, and monthly performance report about KPI network for CDMA Project.
•Ensuring minimum downtime in the network.
•Responsible to ensure daily network performance.
•Nastar Genex CDMA Program for help to make KPI/ performance report.
•Carrie out project implementation and supervisoring installation BTS and BSC CDMA Huawei
•Monitoring alarm Makassar CDMA StarOne Network SULAMPAPUA (Sulawesi Maluku Papua) Indosat Project.
•Network KPI (Key Performance Indicator) monitoring include Call Setup Successful Ratio, Call Drop Ratio, Hand Over Success Ratio, Paging Success Ratio, Top Bad 10 sector, etc.
•Gather and report 24 hour cell traffic data

Scope of works :
•BTS NOKIA ULTRASITE, Installation & Commissioning
-Arrange material request from the Warehouse for Installation.
-Carry out physical Cross Connect for transmission in BSC and BTS.
-Installation for Ultrasite system, Installation feeder line and Cable Power run from rectifier and termination PCM cable to DDF box, Installation antenna sectors direction and tilting, grounding kit Indoor/Outdoor, Alarm installation and position.
-Check Installation of NOKIA BTS for Ultrasite & Metrosite according to site binder.
Check every connection cable, semirigit wiring, grounding system and labelling according to site binder and take picture for documentation.
-Sweep test with ANRITSU site master for Antennas and collect data for (VSWR (Voltage Standing Wave Ratio), DTF (Distance To Fault), Return Loss and Cable Loss) both 900MHz or 1800MHz.
-Power up hardware BTS, hardware Commissioning for configuration, EAC for O&M signalling setting transmission LAPD for star, chain (drop insert or pass trough) depend on timeslot, doing integration and test call testing per sector with NMS (RIC) coordination with mobile phone Nokia type.
-Query and Acceptance test (ATP) with Managed Service and fill up the binder for documentation like MW, BTS for signed
-Receive trouble issue Ticket from NMS (RIC) during Site not Accepted to troubleshoot (Ultrasite, metrosite, MW Service Problem)
•Microwave NOKIA (Flexi hopper for PDH) Installation & Commissioning
-Check Installation of Nokia Microwave Transmission according to site binder like antenna height, azimuth, diameter antenna, type of ODU, coaxial cable , Transmission DDF plan, grounding system and power resource from rectifier.
-Conduct for commissioning software like setting hardware IDU (using FIU and IFUE Nokia product), Frequency Tx and Rx, and E1 capacity
-Conduct for alignment and capture the result of RSL.
-Conduct for site folder doc like Transmission Capture, interference test, BER Test, MW Inventory and report to Implementation Manager.
-Conduct for Maintenance and Trobleshooting Ultrasite and Flexihopper Transmission under NMS (RIC).
