| Profile/Cover Letter: |
I have 10 years working experience in wireless communication field, including 6 years for NOKIA NETWORK and 1 year for SIEMENS MOBILE. Recognised as an RF Planning & Optimisation Engineer, I took the main duties of technical support, site survey, database management, capacity & coverage frequency planning, drive test, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) analysis, parameter tuning, GSM/GPRS/3G-Trial monitor, test and optimisation, competence transfer, etc. This role required not only solid knowledge of radio technologies but also good analysis and problem solving skills.
Now I have just finished the postgraduate course of MSc Personal, Mobile and Satellite Communications at the University of Bradford in the UK. I took a research topic of HSDPA and a postgraduate project of Radio Resource Management in mobile communication networks --- Call Admission Control (CAC) for UMTS-based Mobile Satellite Communication System. My case study on the Enhanced Trunk Reservation Mechanism for S-UMTS CAC has been accepted by ICT-MobileSummit 2008 Scientific Programme (http://www.ict-mobilesummit.eu/).
I do believe that my good education background, extensive theoretical knowledge, great professional skills, sufficient working experience, my hardworking nature and strong self-learning ability will lead me to the new success. |
