Apply technical understanding of general wireless concepts and wireless protocols. Incorporate and analyze CW tests to create a model for a specific market. Perform radio propagation modeling and prediction to determine cell site location. Perform site surveys and support deployment activities of new sites. Recommend site configuration including antenna placements, heights, down tilt etc. Perform link budget analysis. Determine equipment and power configurations, forecasting channel capacity requirements, planning and optimizing system traffic. Resolve RF performance issues. Perform frequency planning. Execute network performance measurement including the collection, analysis, plotting, and documentation and archiving of test data.
