Operation and maintenance of Mobile Packet-Switch(2G/3G/3.5G) networks and systems. Familiar in Ericsson SGSNs(R3,R4,R5,R6,R7) and Ericsson/Juniper J20 GGSNs(Juniper M20 boxes) . System administering in the Mobile Packet Switch domain, securing systems, backups and system health checks. Support end to end network troubleshooting, resolves connectivity issues with MegaPop, SingNet and STIX.
Handles Corporate/Consumer Customer's complaint using Mobile Packet Data Services. Front meetings with customers in technical discussion and joint testing.
Participate in projects like HSDPA launch, WiMax(ZTE) and IWLAN(Fixed Mobile Convergence) solutions. Support in UAT testing.
Analysis of relevant counters and statistics to maintain key performance index,KPI of the network performance.
Writing of scripts/programs to assist in operations, administration and automated tasks, saving man hours to aid productivity.
Provide 24x7 support - troubleshooting and resolution service to contract customers and to conduct proactive preventive maintenance work for customer systems.
Lead Team to operate and maintain Mobile Packet-Switch(2G/3G/3.5G) networks and systems.
Coordinate and set telecommunications services standards within SingTel to meet the committed Quality of Service. Meet internal Quality of Service targets as well as Service Level Agreement committed to customers.
Develop, document and implement processes in order to ensure that operations are conducted in the most cost effective manner..
Ensure best operational practice.
Manage manpower, capital and operating expenses within team. Ensure resources are used at the most optimum and cost effective manner.
Support AM in operational review (Non Service Managed Accounts), recommend corrective and preventive measure to ensure Quality of Service exceed Service Level Guarantee & meet customers’ needs & expectations
