Job Responsibilities as an BSS Engineer in Bonsai Networks Pvt. Ltd.
Nokia Project Implementation and Technical Support for Airtel - Gujarat
Responsible to roll out for Airtel network expansion.
Supervision for Installation of Cell Sites
To make the roll out plan (Material/BTS/TX) and execute to achieve target within given time
S/W Up gradation for BTS and M/W units
Commissioning & Integration of NOKIA (Metro, Ultra & FLEXI) BTS.
Installation and Commissioning of Nokia Flexi hopper & FIU19E.
Troubleshooting of Nokia BTS and Flexi hopper
Acceptance testing of the SDH Hops and MUX’s implemented in Gujarat.
Enriching the Technical Experience for NOKIA BSC3i Commissioning, Diagnosis and Integration of the BSC.
Testing, Diagnosis and troubleshooting of the TCSM.
Alarm monitoring of the newly integrated sites and rectify it through OMCR.
Enriching the Technical Experience for site creation, site deletion, ET shifting through OMCR & E1 bypassing through TNMS.
To prepare monthly and Daily rollout trackers to monitor the project progress
Ensuring RF & TX availability for all new sites in line with Planning Team.
Ensuring sites are completely RFI before actual RFS.
Ensuring sites should be on air and handed over to operations
Following up the time schedules and checking if the work is executed according to plan and escalations to project management as needed
Providing installation status reports regularly to project management
Ensuring Sub-Contractors implements the site properly and correctly uses Nokia Tools for regular updates in the e-tracker for site acceptance.
Implemented Project quality plan and maintain the same for month on month sites.
