GSM Network Optimization: Motorola IOS

• Physical optimization recommendations.

2G/3G Design and Planning:
• Link budgeting based on the customer inputs and product specifications.
• Leading teams for Initial design with Motorola SATURN tool for 3G and Motorola NETPLAN tool for 2G/3G.Generating simulations for various subscriber classes , generating plots and submission of all documents within the timeline provided .
• Support for roll out and Optimization of the 2G/3G networks.
• Ongoing support for 2G/3G networks for optimization and expansion planning and implementation.
