Fiber optics cable fault localization, testing, analysis, and circuit restoration. • Dispatched field engineer / technician to identify and immediate clearance of the alarms associated to transmission network. • Ensure proper, accurate, sufficient and within the agreed period of time the escalation of alarms and abnormalities detected in the different networks such as Long distance, junction and RAN networks. • Implementations, coordination of scheduled maintenance downtime, and threatening conditions activity. • Performed monthly preventive maintenance routine (configuration settings, circuit parameters test, and performance checks). • Configuration setting of newly activated cards/modules, deactivation, line-ups, upgrade, testing and analysis. • Work with customer in resolution of technical issue to ensure the customer problems are correctly dealt with. • Facilitated the issuance and implementations of circuit activation & deactivations of circuit work order on time or ahead of schedule.
