The NPM-RS is a relational database system (Oracle) and has a comprehensive, user-friendly front-end that provides a new way of accessing and using performance data. Reports can be produced in tabular or graphical form, and exported to Microsoft Excel if desired. There is a portal building capability in the NPM-RS that allows customized interfaces to the system to be created and shared. The portals can assemble disparate information into an integrated display to provide an interface tuned specifically to a user's needs. The four principal tools in the NPM-RS system are: Report Builder, Report Explorer, Reporting Suite Framework and the Web Scripting Platform. Report Builder is a rich java client and Report explorer is web based client. Both applications utilize the same meta-data driven OLAP engine to give user a transparent access to the data. Reporting Suite Framework has its own OLAP engine and uses XML based file for report definition and configuration whereas Web Scripting Platform is Java Script based application for on-demand report generation. NDW-Content Development • Acted as a Lead Coordinator between Nokia & T-Mobile team for NPMRS project.
