Major Contributions; · Title: Handling the Project titled GSM Network (ZTE Telecom), Optimization and Planning for ZTE-Reliance Telecom, Madhya Pradesh. Highlights: Tools: Map Info, TEMS. Responsibility; - Handling all the day-to-day technical issues with Reliance technical team. - Daily KPIs monitoring of the network. - Total analysis and rectification of all the KPIs in the circle, which includes of TCH drop, CSSR, Handover analysis, TCH blocking etc. - Optimisation recommendations to the Reliance to improve the KPIs. - Recommendations of RF specifications of the site including type of antenna, tower height to meet the coverage objectives. - Preparing the database for the swap sites. - Submit the pre swap drive tests reports to the Reliance for the approval.
