SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Radio Network Engineering
• Built up the first commercial fixed WiMAX for China Mobile through Alcatel-Lucent in China
• Developed radio network deployment guidelines and technical documentation for customers and outsource partners, including deployment management methodology, RF network deployment guidelines, site selection, design guidelines and network optimization guidelines
• Accomplished two network field trials for mobile WiMAX in China, one in Shanghai city for internal test platform and the other in Tianjing city for China Mobile
