In my present position I am responsible for Troubleshooting different BSS (BSC, TRC, and RBS) and Transmission related problems of different customers all over India & Srilanka.I have worked closely with the BSS Department and have been able to identify problems before they affected KPI or project deadlines.
Over the last year I have rollout 06A software level for all 80 Dishnet BSC along with the OS up gradation of APG40 from WINNT to WIN2003.I successfully obtained accreditation at the first attempt within the team, six-month timescale.
