• Firm grasp of Radio Network Planning and Optimization:
In my six years of radio network planning and optimization experience, I developed expertise in Telecommunication platform (radio network planning and optimization) all in TDMA (IS136), GSM, GPRS, EGPRS and UMTS technologies on radio parts (air interface from mobile to base station).
Moreover, I have experienced in working for tenders, customer presentation and customer services, therefore, I am good at working under pressure and I am not reluctant in traveling.
• Technical experience:
• On field technical experience in network planning and optimizing wireless network for TDMA(IS136), GSM, GPRS and EGPRS on air interface part.
• Working on tender and give consultancy for Siemens’ local companies in APAC region, customers (e.g. AT&T wireless, at&t (Cingular), Maxis Malaysia, etc.) for both planning and optimization for GSM, GPRS, EGPRS and UMTS network.
• Knowledge in the tools as follows:
- Planning Tools: TORNADON, AFP (Automatic Frequency Planning), Siemens’s Link Budget Tools
- Drive Tests, Optimization and Monitoring Tools: CW Test Measurement Equipment, TEMS Investigation, MAPINFO, ANATOM
• Customer Oriented:
• I have been working with the customer as the main contact person e.g. at&t (Cingular) and have a customer oriented with a win-win mindset.
• Educational background: MS in Electrical Engineering and BS in Telecommunication Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington.
