·Evaluated the forwarding rate of an Access Point using Azimuth W-series WLAN Test Platform. Maximum throughput of the AP was measured by configuring the number of built-in test MAC soft clients and the frame sizes sent.
·Analyzed the performance of an RF channel used in CATV by generating impairments like intermodulation distortion and amplitude tilt, using the TAS 8250 cable network and interference emulator.
·Examined the effects of multi path delay and Raleigh fading on RF channels using TAS 4500 RF channel interference emulator.
·Configured CISCO 2950 catalyst series switches used in the HFC test lab.
·Measured the CSO/CTB distortions for different configurations of analog and digital channels used in cable television plans by generating MATLAB simulations of Composite Intermodulation Noise (CIN).
·Attended conference calls related to HFC up gradation plans of Comcast.
·Contributed towards the HFC team group meetings by giving an update on the tasks fulfilled on a weekly basis.
