Job Title: Level 3 Expert BSS Support Engineer.
Technology & Equipment: 2G and 2.5G [Motorola equipment (BSC's, R-XCRD's, BTS and PCU's)].
Experience: +4 Years on Motorola BSS equipment.
Country : Jordan.
Start date: ASAP
Duration : 6 Months Extendable.
Rate: Subject to qualification.

Job Description :
BSS Software upgrades implementation
BSS Software Features implementation
Updated with new BSS software features and roadmap
Performing Commissioning & integration for BSC, R-XCDR, PCU and BTS.
Performing CIC testing and Troubleshooting problems
Carry out level 3 BSS operations and maintenance
BSS Problems troubleshooting by using MMI , Emon and OMC-R
Effective use of the EMON tools to gather information pertaining to system problems and SWFM analysis.
Motorola Tools hands on with MARS, GLU, COP, ECT, ACT...etc.
Good knowledge with all BSS related statistics.
Reporting and handling BSS problems with CNRC
BSS Network audit
BSS Data Base configurations implementation
BSS Data Base optimization and BSS planning
Introducing reports to customer and management
