Role:
Depending on the requirements the consultant would has the skills and competences to:
• Perform activities related to network optimization including investigating network performance and issuing, discussing and/or implementing recommendations for network improvement
• Analyze Radio Frequency performance reports, correlating key performance indicators to find quality of service problems and providing suggestions for improvement
• Prepare presentations and participate in technical discussions with customer
• Coordinate of improvement activities with network design and network optimization teams.
Competence:
• At least 3 years experience working in mobile networks specifically RF network optimization or design activities
• WCDMA/GSM RF Design basic optimization knowledge
• Experience on Ericsson UMTS product, basic features and functionality
• Field knowledge of HSDPA
• Experience in parameters optimization and KPI monitoring and improvement
• Experience on UMTS in field Optimization tools: e.g. TEMS investigation and when requested to other in field optimization tools
• Understanding of UMTS counters/statistics for identifying problems in the network and possible solutions
• Understanding of network performance improvement processes
• Network & Technology Awareness
• Understanding of Traffic Dimensioning and Performance
• Understanding Statistics Based on Measurement Results |
