KMW Communications, the leading North America supplier of 4G Air Interface Solutions seeks a customer oriented Technical Sales Manager in our Dallas Texas location.
Reporting to the Vice President of Air Interface Solutions, you will be responsible for guiding the development of, and support KMW Communications Air Interface Product Line (RF Products). Working with KMW R&D and Sales teams, you will be responsible to develop product requirements, guide the R&D team, provide technical documentation and sales support to KMW customers.
You will be highly engaged with the R&D team and our regional customer base to assist in the sale of our existing product line as well as develop new product ideas in cooperation with our customer’s technical staff.
You must possess a unique blend of business, technical and communication skills to provide the technical product leadership within KMW Communications. Bilingual skills in English and Korean and are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of the product strategy and roadmap for RF solutions.
• Lead and or provide the sales and application engineering support as needed to the sales team
• Communicate direct with key technical members of customer base
• Lead and or provide the technical components of all RFP and key corporate proposals
• Manage the development of the technical marketing material
• Develop new technical applications for the Air Interface Solutions Product Line
Key Qualifications
Provide Technical Support as necessary
• 7+ years of Wireless Industry experience with emphasis on Product Management, Sales Engineering or Technical Management of RF products.
• BSEE
• Excellent written and verbal English communications skills with Bi-Lingual Korean preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of Commercial Wireless Technologies ( Wimax, CDMA, GSM)
• Strong technical knowledge of RF Product and RF Theory, particularly antennas, amplifiers and filtering
• Strong understating of Wireless Base Station planning and implementation practices
