Network Engineer
Network Engineer with STRONG DESIGN experience on ATM IP Networks.
Background experience with GPRS, UMTS, Backhaul, etc. is a definite plus.
Either a CCIE or CCNP certification is required, but having both is a big plus.
Must be able to work as an independent contractor.
Will be working in a lab environment.
