•Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering, or related degree
•4-10 years of experience in an electronic engineering design role in telecom, instrumentation, consumer products or related industries
•Strong analog and digital hardware design, simulation, prototyping, and debugging skills
•Experience with taking a design from concept all the way through to manufacturing
•Ability to take initiative, responsibility and leadership in a team environment
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•Have an inquisitive and creative mind
•Design experience with sensors, LCDs, keypads, etc. an asset
•Design experience with DSPs an asset
•Design experience with mobile/low power devices an asset
