•Strong experience in UTRAN / Good knowledge on UMTS OSS / P5 competence highly preferred.
•Good basic understanding of the RF interface and environment.
•Understanding of 3GPP UTRAN protocols such as RRC, NBAP, RNSAP, RANAP, etc.
•Good knowledge and working experience with RAN fault finding and fault assessment.
•Basic Core Network knowledge to identify problems outside the RAN (desirable).
•Familiar with alarm handling, OPI (Operational Instructions) and problem escalation processes.
•Experience in carrying out Network Audits.
•Good understanding of System RNC and RBS configurations and system integration.
•Good understanding and working experience with UTRAN software upgrades and troubleshooting upgrade faults (desirable).
•Good understanding and working experience with RANOS/OSS-RC.
•Knowledge and experience using EMAS and MO Shell.
•Knowledge of Ericsson RNC, RXI and RBS configurations and inter-working.
