Customer Project Manager
Responsibilities
Accountable for planning prioritizing and executing projects
Mobilize both internal and customer team members
Establish effective project management, governance and reporting structures
Maintain regular and effective communications with the customer and account team Ensure prompt and effective resolution of scope, relationship or project issues
Monitoring and reporting on project financial
Responsible for day to day supervision of the project team
Maintain close involvement in the design and implementation of the solution facilitating discussion and resolution of relevant solution parameters and issues
Responsible for all key project deliverables and ensuring customer acceptance
Essential Experience
Minimum of five years Project Management experience
Experience managing third party suppliers/partners
Proven ability to adapt, improve and implement handling of scope, risks, changes inc.
