Detailed Job Description:
Candidate will assist customer team members to identify specific training needs, support the new resources that are now assigned to support the Broadband provisioning, trouble isolation and repair functions. Candidate will need to know DSL/Broadband NEs and EMSs – all of the NEs Installation, test and turn up equipment processes, suggestions on how to inventory and what data elements are needed to turn-up end user services.
Skill Sets / Qualifications
· Knowledge of DSL/Broadband network elements and element management systems
· Knowledge of service assurance NOC processes
· Knowledge of network element data required in the provisioning process
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment on customer teams
· Ability to spend majority of time (90% to 100%) on customer site in Manchester, NH |
