What you will be doing:
Working with the best of the best team of RF/LMR/PSMR/wireless engineers in the business!
Elite nationwide team, superstar engineers. Primarily focused on upgrade/design/deploy EMS centers, state police. First responders, local counties/municipal.
What you need to qualify:
NOTE: we have opportunities with several different clients/several different levels/several different locations!
Here is a brief summary of just some of the locations/cities: Vienna VA, St. Louis and Kansas City, MO, Kansas City KS, Melbourne FL, State College, Pittsburgh, Wilkes-Barre, West Chester, and Harrisburg, PA, Dallas TX, Cedar Rapids and Des Moines IA, Phoenix AZ, Oklahoma City OK, Lincoln NE, Omaha NE, Charleston WV, Trenton NJ.
Note: all positions must have experience in LMR /PSMR ENGINEERS. Some positions are higher-level: Project Managers, other positions are Team Leads, etc. Therefore, we have the full gamut of level of positions/expertise.
MUST HAVE experience:

PSMR
VHF/UHF
150 MHz/700 MHz & 800 MHz frequency bands
P25
RF Design
Project Management
Wireless Public Safety
FAA studies for tower sites and FCC license applications for LMR and microwave
9-1-1 dispatch communications
mobile data,
802.11,
Wi-Fi,
microwave,
fiber optics
telephony
data networks
information systems FCC, PCIA, NARTE, NABER, EIT, PE.
CAP, /PMP EIT, PE, certification ( are huge plus)
outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Technical degree 2-4 or better education would be huge plus. Not necessarily required for most of the various levels of positions.
Note: to emphasize again: not all of the above experience is required. Some of the higher-level positions, the more the above skills/experience the better

Certainly all travel expenses are paid, travel is required in some cases, based on location up to 25-50%? In other locations and level of positions minimal travel is required and/or needed
Compensation:
My client is quite flexible, would consider short-long-term contractor: 1099 or W-2 contractor $50/hr- $75/hr + contracted through: Net-Tel Search, or permanent hire up to $80K to $150K. NOTE: all compensation of course is based on level of job/your level of qualifications/experience or any given position.
