• As the company’s leading Microwave Engineer you will be part of a growing team within this dynamic organization, responsible for design of point-to-point microwave paths, design of backhaul systems, traffic planning, frequency coordination, and system optimization throughout the U.S.
• You will also be involved in developing complete engineering statements of work for microwave installations as well as overseeing and managing microwave hop installations.
• You will also provide valuable feedback from customers to the company’s Dallas based Services organization.

• This position can be based in the Dallas area at the company’s Services Center or could be located remotely as well and will involve as much as 50% travel.
Desired Qualifications:
A strong technical background is required for this position with a high level of expertise in RF and or Microwave technology.
• Working knowledge of GSM, CDMA or UMTS is a strong asset.
• The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of wireless RF systems engineering knowledge in systems design or optimization.
• Familiarity with cell sites and the installation of microwave systems is a huge advantage in this role including general knowledge of RF instrumentation and tools.
• This position requires expert knowledge of microwave planning tool Pathloss 4.0 and proficiency in MS Office applications is also needed.
• The ideal candidate will have a BSEE or equivalent working experience.
• You should also have excellent customer communication skills, and be able to travel as 50% of the time.
• Fluency in Spanish is a strong asset.
• The top candidate will be highly self motivated, responsible and able to work independently.
