The Role:
Our client requires highly energetic and dynamic Sales executives for their Communication, Media and Utilities division. The core products to promote includes Systems Integration, Outsourced Applications Design, Development, Testing, Implementation, IT Infrastructure management, outsourcing of Managed Services.
The role requires experienced senior professionals who have successfully entered leading UK communication businesses, eg o2, Orange, T-Mobile, B2B telecoms companies such as C&W, Colt, Broadband/Media businesses such as Virgin. Therefore experience in structuring relevant deals, strong skills in presentation of solutions and understanding of business issues in this space, along with an ability to perform at management and detail levels are key to success.
The successful candidate will have support from an excellent pre-sales and solutions team and have depth of business and technical, sound knowledge of OSS/BSS, CRM/Billing, however, working at detailed level is important. Knowledge on the current business issues, challenges, methodologies, in the communications sector are key. The role will carry Sales revenue targets and require excellent management of the sales process.
Candidate Requirements:
MUST HAVE:
a) A minimum of 5 years of Solutions Sales either in Outsourcing, Systems Integration or Consulting or leading CRM/Billing Product companies,
b) Proven Annual Sales revenues of at least £5-£10Mio,
c) At least 5 years proven sales experience of the UK and European Telecoms/Communications providers,
d) Strong understanding of Communication operators, typical OSS/BSS, CRM/Billing products,
e) CxO level communication and negotiation skills,
Ideal candidates will have:
Experience of working , possibly already with Systems Integrators such as Accenture, IBM , CAP , Logica, Sapient or possibly from product vendors such as Amdocs, Convergys, Kenan/Comverse.
Experience of multi-site delivery and outsourced developments is a strong need. A Self-starting, hardworking positive attitude + personal drive and determination are a must to work with a very dynamic team.
