We design and manufacture Commercial and Defense related Antenna systems.
·We are in need of an engineer with Antenna experience, preferably some military antenna production background.
·Someone with supervisory experience in a Production oriented environment.
·You will be in charge of technicians, testing and most important, the manufacturing enigneering floor.
·You will manage or supervise programs/product orders (from $100K to $2M plus), do multiple reports as in SDRL/CDRL, antenna test/acceptance procedures, scheduling/Ghant charts, some manufacturing QC/QA knowledge, risk management, costing, bid and proposal work and budgeting.
·Experience in working with primes such as GD and Raytheon, Argon, CACCI etc a plus.
·The selected candidate will have a minimum experience of 5-7 years in the RF Antenna industry. Experience specific to manufacturing, production and supervision of a small group is necessary.
·Knowledge of antennas or their associated components.
·A BSEE minimum preferred. Ability to work on multiple tasks with attention to detail is a MUST.
·Knowledge in organic design, analysis through production.
·In this position is an expectation that this individual may be required to supervise a team of technician(s). Reporting to the Chief Engineer, the supervisory responsibilities will include the oversight of technicians on assigned tasks, making sure tasks are completed on a timely basis and under budget. In addition, you will be expected to respond to day to day problem areas of the development, design or production stages and troubleshoot these areas as it relates to technician requirements for problem solving.
