Wireless Network Planning
RNP/RNO/RF Senior Engineer
Network Planning Technology:
1. Plan and optimize important projects and solve complex problems in time.
2. Fully communicate with customer and Master their requirements accurately. Obtain useful information effectively, organize and finish RNP & RNO works of middle network. Issue instructive articles and cases on department publications and guide others.
3. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in relevant fields.
4. With at least 8 years RNP/RNO Engineering project experience.
5. Master RNP&RNO knowledge of WIMAX and networking technology.
6. Be familiar with the knowledge related to radio field, project management, IPD and service expansion and popularization.
Network Planning Category Project Management:
1. Master mandatory knowledge for project management. Be familiar with RNP/RNO service flow and requirements on behavior, skill, and qualification.
2. Under proper guide, carry out and manage RNP project. Be experienced in project management and most procedures in RNP/RNO field.
3. Have experience as a leader of RNP/RNO in WIMAX fields.
4. Master basic RF theories; Be familiar with most knowledge, tools, and skills in RNP&RNO about WIMAX.
5. Be familiar with Service standard and flows, TK service flow, RNP&RNO service flow.
6. Has strong ability on negotiation and English communication, Good feedback from customer and surrounding departments. |
