Wireless Network Planning
RNP/RNO/RF Junior Engineer
1. Perform basic RNP&RNO services for general network according to flows and regulations, solve common and easy network problems independently.
2. Communicate with customers about RNP&O technologies, and provide effectual RNP&O proposal for small network.
3. Work independently in regular conditions, finish multiple or complicated services with some instructions.
4. Training customer engineer and RNP&O engineer. Assist RNP Service sale.
5. Master principles of one communication system (WIMAX) and RNP&O knowledge.
6. Know project management knowledge, and deliver RNP&RNO services for general network according to project requirement.
7. Predict and avoid network performance accident, monitor the network quality effectively with experience and solve general problems independently. Solve not very difficult network problems with limited instructions.
8. Communicate with customers during the project implementation, know and record the requirement of customers, analyze and guide the customers’ requirements.
9. Organize concentrated technical trainings for customers and engineer.
10. Share the information and knowledge with team members, help team members to improve skill.
11. Bachelor Education Degree is required. |
