The position of 3G Performance Management Engineer involves:
• Taking care of all issues concerning the day-to-day performance of the network (3G Siemens System)
• Analyzing and post-processing the KPIs
• Knowing the nature of the fault from the data and be familiar with the different RNC level and NodeB level counters and their significance.
• Being familiar with the different radio protocols (RRC, RLC, MAC,) and should be familiar with SPOTS.
• Performing the execution of regular traffic measurements at the Customer mobile network elements as well as the evaluation of the results.
• Developing detailed M&P (methods and procedures) for all related performance management functionalities.
• These MOPs shall be reviewed and approved by Manager operations and head of Network Quality of Service (NQS) of Customer
• Developing and implementing definition of network performance parameters (thresholds) related to a real time analysis.
•Supervision of the predefined thresholds.
