Our Client a global leading handset manufacturer of mobile phones is looking to recruit a testing engineer responsible for testing new products during the development cycle to report issues or suggest improvements on hardware, software, end-user documentation and customization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site technical support for issue identifying and tracking in European markets, which includes:-
• Liaising and tracking feedback, issues and certification requirement from customers and transforming them to test cases or plans.
• Driving resolution.
• Providing the necessary first level of expertise on the product to ensure timely progress of the certification towards operators and distributors.
Key Requirements:
• Fluent in Russian and English
• Proven testing/ technical experience coming from either a mobile operator/handset manufacturer or wireless software background
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
