Hedger Engineering Projects Limited is a growing Telecommunications Infrastructure and Facilities Service Provider in Africa. We are supported by Aricent Technologies (Flextronics Software Systems).
Hedger is LM Ericsson Approved Service Provider (ASP), and have expanded project opportunities in Nigeria, Ghana and other parts of West Africa.
We require the services of hands-on experienced and competent Project Manager with;
- Experience working on Ericsson projcets will be an added advantage.
- Experience working on MTN, Zain (Celtel), Vodafone projects around the world or with particular emphasis in Africa.
- Competence in effectively managing various teams; Core Network MSC-S & MGW, Access Network RBS 2G & 3G & Mini-Link/Micowave, Network Optimization Teams, etc.
- Competence in effectively managing various Turnkey Site Build teams; Civil/Structural, Electrical/Mechanical,etc.
- Managing all Project Engineering and Review Design issues, Change Engineering, Variations, Quality Assurance and Quality Control to final Site Acceptance by Customer, with adequate support by respective discipline Engineers.
- Competence in planning and managing projects to Time, Cost, and Quality requirements in meeting Customers' expectations, while ensuring Profitability and Resource Optimization through proper planning and allocation.
- Capability to relate and communicate with all levels of Customer's Representatives and Management.
- Developing business opportunities to foster company's competitive edge in the business.
- Excellent Team Leader with an operational and strategic focus of the business.
