we have an opportunity at our client Huawei to work In Projects in Brazil.
______RF Planning
1 - UMTS Cell planning and simulation:
UMTS Cell planning and simulation, including scramble code planning, neighboring planning, LAC and RAC planning, and so on. Network simulation for coverage and each service.
2 - Initial Tuning:
Give the Initial Tuning suggestion (Antenna tuning, parameter tuning) when necessary.
________RF Optimization
1 - System Cutover:
Cooperate with RAN part for system Cutover and guarantee network quality after cutover.
2 - Cluster Drive Test analysis:
Drive test based on each cluster; evaluation and analysis of the existing network on coverage ability.
3 - Traffic Statistics Analysis:
Traffic Statistics Analysis and evaluation of the existing network according to Key Performance Index.
4 - Cluster Optimization:
Responsible for Network optimization based on each cluster.
5 - TOP N Worst Cell Analysis:
Worst Cell: High Call Drop Rate, High Blocking Rate, High Congestion Rate, Low Utilization Rate, Low CSSR, Low Handover Success Rate.
6 - Cell Parameter Analysis:
Analysis all parameters including neighbor list, handover parameters, cell parameters etc. Recommend new feature.
7 - Trouble Shooting:
Technical Problem trouble shooting
