OEM Admninistrator
This position is an administration role reporting into a senior Program Manager. The main duties will be to process OEM order requests, order administration, CD mastering, shipping and archiving. Be involved in scheduling and risk analysis as part of the OEM team. Handle queries from the sales team and internal product teams. Track the OEM build schedule created by PgM and work closely with the QA teams. Work with team to identify process improvements and test implementation of systems used by team.
Experience in order administration an advantage
ECDL Qualification or equivalent experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong administration and organizational skills
Good computer skills
Excellent English required
