Position Name : General Manager – Sales____________
Position Summary The person will be responsible for driving sales of Networking, Wireless & Transmission solutions to major PSU customers (Navratnas).
Job Responsibility: This will involve augmenting existing market growth through identification of new customers in PSU segment. The key activities include:
1. Strategy Articulation & Business planning for PSU Segment(SAIL, GAIL, ONGC, IOCL etc).
2. Relationship building in this Organization.
3. Building & Leading the sales Team.
Desired Profile: 1. MBA/BE with 10-14 years of experience in selling Networking Solutions/ IT related products/services to PSUs.
2. Must have proven relationship with SAIL, GAIL, ONGC, IOCL etc.
3. Good Presentation skills and Networking skills.
4.
Meet customers/ decision makers; roll out specific initiatives/marketing programs.
5. Work with internal teams to work out specific solutions etc.
