Responsibilities
The candidates will be responsible for the following:
-Oversee and perform preventative and corrective maintenance on all normal and emergency power systems
- Need to involve diagnose, trouble shoot and repair generators alternator, Transformers, AMF panels, Distribution boards and other electrical equipment.
- Should work with AC power system up to 440V and DC power system up to 48V.
- Should use test equipment to test generator power system, control circuit, UPS systems, batteries, grounding, isolated power, ground-fault circuits/outlets and other load conditions.
- Maintenance of different type power outlets, lights and all general electrical works.
- Be able to travel to the job site.
-Work on shifts according to a shift schedule if required.
-Perform other related duties as required.
Skills Description: -A sound understanding of Generator power system, UPS, Transformer, AMF panel and Distribution panel.
- Sound knowledge of AC power system up 440V and DC power system up 48V
-Ability to follow safety standards in working with power system and tools.
- Must have good work habits and able to work with other technicians and management staff.
- A good understanding of English language.
Education: Satisfactory completion of a licensed apprenticeship programme or successful completion of a course of study on power system leading to certification from a recognized technical school.
